Foxsmurfs (foxsmurfs.com) is operated by FOXSMURFS GAMING SERVICES LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including digital goods and services offered directly by us through our network of trusted suppliers.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and FOXSMURFS GAMING SERVICES LTD. By using Foxsmurfs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Terms are in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Please read these terms carefully before using Foxsmurfs.
You as a consumer expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract as set out in applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods, and acknowledge your understanding that this consent results in loss of the right to unilaterally terminate the contract once the digital product has been delivered.

Foxsmurfs is an online retail store where Users purchase digital goods and services connected to various video games directly from us. As a store, Foxsmurfs sources Digital Goods and Services from trusted, thoroughly vetted third-party Suppliers. Foxsmurfs acts as the direct seller to the Users, ensuring quality, safety, and direct support for every transaction.
Foxsmurfs is not affiliated with any video game publisher or developer. All intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) regarding an individual video game is the property of that game's respective publisher and/or developer and not of Foxsmurfs.
1.1 The following definitions apply to these Terms:
1.1.1 “User” refers to anyone who browses, registers, or purchases from Foxsmurfs.
1.1.2 “Supplier” refers to third-party individuals or businesses who provide Digital Goods and Services to Foxsmurfs for retail.
1.1.3 “Digital Services” are services offered and provided by Foxsmurfs, which include Boosting and related in-game services.
1.1.4 “Digital Goods” are non-physical video game-related goods offered and sold by Foxsmurfs, which include in-game accounts, currencies, or items.
1.1.5 “Client Dashboard” is the user area where order management occurs.
1.1.6 “Service Provider” refers to FOXSMURFS GAMING SERVICES LTD.
1.1.7 “Website” is the Foxsmurfs website available at foxsmurfs.com.
1.1.8 “Game Rules” all binding terms, conditions, and regulations between the User and the owner/rights holder for a particular video game.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use Foxsmurfs.
2.2 By using the platform, you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and are not prohibited from doing so by local laws. You confirm no third party needs to allow, consent, or co-sign this agreement in order for it to be fully binding.
3.1 Unregistered Users may browse most sections. Full functionality (e.g., purchasing) requires registration or a completed checkout process.
3.2 By using Foxsmurfs, you agree to comply with our policies, including those published on our Website and Discord server.
4.1 Users may create an account via e-mail or supported third-party logins.
4.2 All information provided must be accurate. Foxsmurfs is not liable for any damages or losses if the User provides false or incorrect information (such as an incorrect delivery email).
4.3 The User is obligated to use the Website on their behalf and not to allow the usage of their Account to other people in general.
4.4 The account login and password information need to be adequately protected from access by others. The account is non-transferable. It is prohibited to have more than one account without authorization.
4.5 Foxsmurfs reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations, misrepresentation, inactivity, or at its discretion.
5.1 Foxsmurfs reserves the right to perform a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for Users to prevent fraud and ensure payment security.
5.2 By using the Website and its services, Users agree to comply with the KYC process if requested by Foxsmurfs. The KYC process may require Users to submit identification documents or proof of payment ownership.
5.3 Foxsmurfs reserves the right to place any ongoing transactions on hold until the KYC process is completed. Transactions will only be resumed once the User has successfully passed the verification.
5.4 If a User fails to complete the KYC process, Foxsmurfs reserves the right to suspend the User's account, cancel transactions, and issue refunds at its sole discretion.
6.1 Users can purchase Digital Services and Digital Goods directly from Foxsmurfs under the terms and specifications listed on the website.
6.2 Foxsmurfs procures these goods and services from our network of trusted Suppliers. The User’s contract of sale is directly with Foxsmurfs, guaranteeing our store's standards and support.
6.3 Upon purchasing, Users may be required to provide specific in-game or account information required to complete the purchase. Users are obligated to provide such information when requested.
6.4 Users confirm they understand the product/service they are purchasing and accept any associated risks.
7.1 The User declares themselves entitled to conclude and execute the Agreement through which they order the service. Users acknowledge that utilizing certain Digital Goods or Services may conflict with the specific Game Rules established by game publishers.
7.2 If a User fails to comply with any of the conditions set out in this paragraph, the Service Provider may terminate their agreement.
8.1 Digital Services are considered complete upon fulfillment, as described on their listing (e.g., rank achieved).
8.2 Digital Goods are considered delivered once account credentials or items are shared via email or our official Discord ticket system, and the User gains full access.
8.3 Users must report any issues immediately upon delivery, without using or modifying the delivered good or service result. Failure to promptly report an issue shall be considered a waiver of the right to refund.
8.4 If a delivered Digital Good includes access credentials, Users are strictly obligated to change such credentials immediately upon delivery (e.g., changing passwords and securing recovery emails) to ensure absolute security.
9.1 All sales on the website are final due to the nature of digital goods.
9.2 If a Digital Good or Digital Service is not delivered or not as described, the User has a right to a replacement or refund if such faults are reported immediately, and the account is not used or modified by the User.
9.3 Digital Goods (accounts) include a specific warranty period against account pullbacks, which is explicitly stated on the respective product page.
9.4 Foxsmurfs is strictly not responsible for any bans, shadowbans, or account suspensions applied by game developers due to the User's behavior, toxicity, use of cheats, or general violation of Game Rules after successful delivery.
9.5 Refunds can be issued at Foxsmurfs’s discretion as store credit or to the original payment method.
9.6 In case of a dispute, Users agree to resolve issues through Foxsmurfs’s official Discord support or email before attempting chargebacks.
10.1 For certain services (like boosting), Foxsmurfs reserves the right to adjust pricing or convert services if the User's provided starting information (e.g., MMR or current rank) is inaccurate. The User shall be informed of such changes.
10.2 Orders may be paused or modified if the User logs into the account and plays ranked games during an active service.
11.1 Users are obligated to provide accurate account and order information.
11.2 Users agree not to infringe third-party rights. Users are responsible and liable for following the terms of service of individual video games.
11.3 Users confirm they understand Foxsmurfs is not affiliated with any game publisher or developer.
11.4 By purchasing, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable usage instructions, warranty terms, and service rules outlined on our Website.
12.1 Foxsmurfs utilizes a network of vetted Suppliers to procure Digital Goods and Services. We hold our Suppliers to strict quality assurance standards.
12.2 Regardless of the Supplier, Foxsmurfs remains the sole point of contact and holds full responsibility toward the User for the delivery and warranty of the purchased items, simplifying the support process for the User.
13.1 Accepted payment methods include Debit/Credit Cards, Cryptocurrency, and other methods displayed at checkout.
13.2 Payment confirmation and retail invoices for the Digital Goods and Services are issued directly by Foxsmurfs.
14.1 Orders marked as delivered and not disputed immediately are considered final.
14.2 Requesting chargebacks or opening payment disputes on completed, working orders is considered payment fraud and a serious breach of these terms.
14.3 Users who issue fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from the Foxsmurfs website and Discord server. Foxsmurfs reserves the right to recover the digital property and submit all delivery evidence, chat logs, and IP data to the payment processor.
15.1 Foxsmurfs ensures a safe retail environment, but Users acknowledge that Foxsmurfs shall not be liable for parts of transactions or game mechanics outside its control.
15.2 Foxsmurfs is not liable for:
15.2.1 Game bans, hardware bans, or account suspensions performed by video game publishers or developers after a successful delivery.
15.2.2 Losses caused by User behavior, poor account security practices, or third-party software.
15.3 The features and services on the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
15.4 If Foxsmurfs is found to have liability, its liability is strictly limited to the amount of the specific transaction in dispute.
16.1 Content, texts, photographs, logos, and images on the site are fully protected by copyright and belong to the Service Provider.
16.2 Foxsmurfs claims no ownership of intellectual property regarding any video game listed on its Website. All game-related copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms authorizes the use of the Website or Digital Goods to train or promote any Generative AI Tools.
17.1 Service Provider is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:
17.1.1 Riot Games Inc., League of Legends, Valorant.
17.1.2 Activision Publishing, Inc., Call of Duty.
17.1.3 Blizzard Entertainment Inc., Overwatch.
17.1.4 Epic Games Inc., Psyonix, Rocket League.
17.1.5 Any other game developer, game publisher, or video game not explicitly listed here.
17.2 Use of trademarks is covered by fair use principles, solely for the purpose of identifying the games for which digital goods and services are offered.
18.1 Service Provider may suspend or terminate User access without notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful behavior toward our staff or community.
18.2 The agreement may be terminated by The Service Provider if the User abandons an ongoing service (e.g., boosting) by failing to provide required access info or not logging in for over 90 days.
18.3 If the Service Provider terminates the agreement due to User breach, unused credit may be forfeited.
19.1 The laws of the United Kingdom shall apply to these Terms, all agreements between Foxsmurfs and the User, and all other related matters.
19.2 Users agree to contact Foxsmurfs support (via Discord or Email) before taking any external action regarding a dispute.
20.1 By using the Website, Users agree to all published terms.
20.2 If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
20.3 Any updated Terms are effective immediately upon being published on the Website.
