2.4 Invalid Credentials on Delivery: The account credentials provided do not work upon your very first login attempt, and our support team is unable to fix the issue or provide a replacement.

3.1 Warranty Period: We offer a specific warranty period for most gaming accounts against "pullbacks" (instances where the original creator reclaims the account). The exact duration of this warranty (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or Lifetime) is explicitly stated on each individual product page.

3.2 Replacements First: In the event of a valid warranty claim regarding an account pullback, Foxsmurfs reserves the right to provide a replacement account of equal or similar value as the primary resolution.

3.3 Refund Alternative: If an exact or suitable replacement cannot be sourced from our suppliers within 72 hours, we will issue a refund (either as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion).

3.4 Expiration: Once the specified warranty period has expired, Foxsmurfs is no longer liable for the account, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

To protect our business and suppliers from fraud, no refunds or replacements will be issued under the following conditions:

  • 4.1 Game Bans & Suspensions: Once you have successfully logged into the account, Foxsmurfs is strictly not responsible for any bans, suspensions, shadowbans, or restrictions applied by the game developer.
  • 4.2 Hardware Bans (HWID): We are not responsible if you are unable to play on the purchased account due to an existing Hardware Ban on your personal computer or console.
  • 4.3 Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after receiving the working digital product.
  • 4.4 Failure to Secure the Account: If you fail to change the account credentials immediately upon delivery, and the account is subsequently compromised by a third party.
  • 4.5 Reselling or Sharing: If you attempt to resell, trade, or share the account with another person. The warranty is strictly tied to the original buyer.
  • 4.6 In-Game Purchases: Any money spent on microtransactions or in-game currencies after the account is delivered is non-refundable by Foxsmurfs under any circumstances.

We do not refund bans caused by your actions, hardware ban problems, changed minds, shared accounts, failure to secure the account, or money you spend inside the game after delivery.

If you purchase a digital service (such as rank boosting):

5.1 Active Services: You may request a partial refund if you wish to cancel a service that has already started but is not yet complete. The refund will be calculated based on the progress already made by our team.

5.2 Interference: If you log into the account and play ranked matches while a boosting service is active, or if you change the password and lock our boosters out without notice, your warranty is voided, the service will be marked as complete, and no refund will be issued.

Boosting orders may qualify for a partial refund only if cancelled mid-progress. If you interrupt the service, the warranty is void and no refund applies.

6.1 Foxsmurfs has a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud and unauthorized chargebacks.

6.2 If you open a dispute or initiate a chargeback with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor for a completed and working order, it will be treated as fraud.

6.3 In the event of a fraudulent chargeback:

  • You will be permanently banned from the Foxsmurfs website and our Discord community.
  • The digital account in question will be immediately recovered and locked.
  • We will submit all evidence, including your IP address, delivery logs, Discord chat history, and login data to the payment processor to fight the dispute and report the fraudulent activity.

Fake chargebacks are treated as fraud. They can lead to permanent bans, account recovery, and a full dispute response from us.

7.1 All refund and warranty requests must be submitted through our official support channels.

7.2 To initiate a claim, please open a support ticket on our official Discord server or email us.

7.3 When opening a ticket, you must provide your Order ID, the email address used for the purchase, and clear evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots of error messages or ban screens).

8.2 Store Credit: If approved, you may choose to receive your refund as Foxsmurfs Store Credit, which is processed instantly.

8.3 Original Payment Method: If refunded to your original payment method, please allow 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Cryptocurrency refunds will be calculated based on the fiat (USD/EUR/GBP) value at the time of the original transaction, minus network gas fees.
